You know what would be awesome? A restaurant in Madison that specialized in salads. And I don't mean wilted lettuce, month old veggie salads. A good salad is AMAZING and, well, a bad salad is one of the most dissapointing things ever.

Alex and I went to play mini-golf today. We sucked it up, but it was a really good time. =)

Maine was awesome!!! =)

Before Maine Alex played Scrabble with me and it was really fun! =)

I dropped my phone and it broke. Le sigh. It is overnight at the Sprint store getting fixed. Grr to me.

I went to the dentist today. First Choice Dental on Regent is seriously the best dentist place ever.

Why do I update this and torture all of us? Hehe.

Tomorrow I want to get a coffee drink, go to the zoo, sit out in the sun... =)

Alex and I bought a new TV. I like it. =)

I'm very excited to go to Maine!

There is an internship position that I *REALLY* want to apply for, but I just don't know if I will have the time for it. =( I will already have school, my job grading papers (which can be a *lot* of hours sometimes) and getting ready for the LSAT...I'm just not sure if I have time for that 8 hour min. - which means it could be even more. What to do?!? Right now, though, I must go for a run.

I want to bake cookies but it is too hot in here right now for that.

I want to play Scrabble out back on a blanky, but no one wants to play.

*whimper whimper*

Today I had to go looking for a new suit since the Time Warp ate my last one. It is still summer...why are Halloween items and winter coats already taking over?!? There was hardly any swimwear left. I think I might have found something that will work, but man!

I'm frustrated, too, because the best date for me to take the LSAT is the same day as my cousin's wedding which is in a different state. This means that I will have to take the one in December, and because most of the places that I would like to go have rolling admissions, I will be at least somewhat disadvantaged. I'm really not trying to sound selfish - I *really* do want to go to this wedding! Yes, I realize that it is a once-in-a-lifetime happening!!! - and I *DO* want to be there!!! *sigh* It is really crazy to me that one test could be so very important...so much more important than many other factors.

Anyway, I am making one of my favorite pastas tonight - it has tomatoes, spinach, mushrooms, onions, garlic, feta, etc. - so yay for that! =)

Haha. That cheesecake reply is awesome! Unfortunately for it, I think I won this battle! No cracks or anything! =)

If I don't do law school or become an air traffic controller, hehe, I will open a restaurant that serves:

Veg.:
Greek:
Spinach Pie
Falafel
Italian:
Lasagna
Tomato and Feta Pasta
"Southwestern":
Black Bean Enchiladas
Spicy Tomato Peanut Stew
Spicy Daal Tacos
Pan-Asian:
Broccoli with Cashews
Asparagus and Cashews
Spicy Chinese Peanut Pasta Salad
Grilled Teryiaki Mushrooms
Eggs!:
Salsa Egg Scramble
Egg Salad Sammies
Feta and Spinache Quiche

Meat-friendly dishes:
Pesto and Cheese Chicken
Lemon Herb Chicken
Lime Chicken Tacos
Chicken Enchiladas
Beef Lasagna

We'd also have all sorts of scones, cookies, chocolate dipped strawberries, cheesecakes, Eclairs, Puppy Chow (for the kids! ;) ) banana bread and a chocolate cake with chocolate ganache.

Okay, I have wasted enough time now, heh. I better get back to that LSAT practice. I lost enough time avoiding the creepy today. Ugh.

Cheesecake, LSAT

Dear Cheesecake,

Please let my calculations (hopefully) making up for the wrong type of pan work out!!!

Thanks!

Love,
<3 Heather

P.S. My LSAT practicing went much better today! =D
P.P.S. The new apartment is great!

Okay. Maybe it is the heat, but a whole lot of people have been very cranky, angry and mean lately. What is the deal?!?! Props to the nice people, yo!

What is with having to download a whole bunch of programs just to register online for tests? If they can't make it user friendly, people are just gonna keep registering through snail mail and the process will never really be efficient for the company, anyway. *le sigh* Oh well.

Time to shower, return some movies to Four Star so they don't murder me with late charges, practice a little LSAT-ing, and then continue to move stuff and organize the new place. =)
